What Puntets is

Puntets is an app for the adults in a home to keep a shared points card with their children, plus a website that explains it. It is offered by Santi Corrales. Contact: hola@puntets.app.

Puntets is a family organisation tool. It is not a medical, psychological or educational service, and it doesn't replace a professional's advice.

Who can use it

You must be an adult to create an account. You may only add children you have parental responsibility for, or with permission from whoever does.

Your account and your family

You are responsible for what happens with your account. Every adult you invite to a family sees and can change the same card, so only invite people you want in that role. If someone needs to leave the family, write to us and we'll do it.

Acceptable use

Puntets is meant to support, not to punish. Don't use it to:

• write reasons or upload photos that humiliate, insult or expose a child or anyone else;
• upload illegal content or content you have no right to use;
• try to reach other families' data, overload the service or reverse-engineer it.

If someone does, we may suspend their account.

Your content

What you write and the photos you upload are yours. You only give us permission to store them, show them to the adults in your family and on your display, and process them as the privacy policy explains. That permission ends when you delete them.

Artificial intelligence features

Talk to Puntets and school menu reading use artificial intelligence models. They can get things wrong: check the menu before saving it and don't take what Puntets says as professional advice. Talk to Puntets stays off until an adult turns it on, has filters and daily limits, and the adults can read every conversation.

Price

Puntets is free today. If a feature ever becomes paid, we'll say so clearly before charging you anything, and in-app purchases will also follow the App Store's or Google Play's terms.

Changes and availability

We improve Puntets often, so features may change. We try to keep the service always available, but we can't promise it will never fail. If we change these terms in an important way, we'll let you know in the app before they apply.

Liability

We are liable as the law provides. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law. We are not liable for the decisions each family makes with the app, nor for damage caused by use that goes against these terms.

Leaving

You can stop using Puntets whenever you like. To delete your account, go to Family → Account → Delete account in the app: it goes right away, no bin. If you are the family's last adult, the family goes with you; otherwise you just leave it. If you can't get into the app, write to hola@puntets.app from your account's email and we'll do it for you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live.
